Q1: Jennifer, the Market Pay Hub has recently evolved. Can you tell us about this new version?
J.H.: Absolutely! We’re thrilled to unveil a major update to the Market Pay Hub, our platform dedicated to managing payment activities. This new version features a completely redesigned interface that is more modern, intuitive, and responsive. Our goal is to provide our clients with an optimal experience, no matter what device they use. The Market Pay Hub now aims to address all payment-related needs, beyond traditional reporting functionalities.
Q2: Specifically, what has changed?
J.H.: The main transformation lies in the evolution of the Market Pay Hub from a platform focused solely on reporting to a comprehensive multi-service solution. The Hub now covers all of Market Pay’s clients' needs, in addition to reporting: onboarding and management of sales points, tracking and administration of payment terminals and devices, creation of custom dashboards for KPIs, and proactive management of anti-fraud policies.
Additional enhancements, such as automatic redirection and integration with existing accounts, ensure that this transition is seamless and transparent for our current users.
Q3: Speaking of functionalities, what are the main new features in this update?
J.H.: We’ve introduced numerous new features and improvements to better meet merchants' needs. For example:
- Advanced reports that you can create, save, schedule, and export with up to 500,000 lines in CSV, PDF, or Excel formats.
- Simplified settlement management by payment solution or contract number.
- Quick access to key tools like the VT (Virtual Terminal) and TMS (Transaction Management System).
- The ability to download essential documents, including transaction receipts, acceptance, acquisition, and processing invoices, as well as the RAFEC.
- Streamlined merchant onboarding to support the growth of our clients.
Q4: You’ve mentioned flexibility and integration. Can you elaborate?
J.H.: Yes, this is a critical aspect. The Market Pay Hub is powered by APIs used internally and also accessible to our clients. This enables clients seeking to leverage data more extensively to access it directly from their own systems. Key functionalities, such as onboarding and merchant management, can also be handled by our clients via APIs. Additionally, we’ve integrated an SSO (Single Sign-On) solution, compatible with our clients’ existing identity providers. This ensures a simple, fast, and secure login process.
Q5: What about accessibility?
J.H.: The platform is available in five languages – French, English, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch – to meet the needs of our international clientele. The interface has also been designed for use across all device types, from desktops to mobile devices, allowing our clients to access their data and features under any circumstances. This version has been created to make data access intuitive and immediate, while ensuring full transparency.
