Hello, I'm Aude Vicaire, I welcome you to the Instant Payment.

This month in the Payment Instant, we talk about SoftPOS. For those who don't know yet, a little reminder.

SoftPOS stands for Software Point Of Sale. It's an application that turns an NFC-enabled smartphone or tablet into a contactless payment terminal.

Thus, a merchant can accept any payment on his own phone.

You may have heard about it recently, Apple announced a few days ago the availability of this technology on their own iOS phone. For now, it's only available in the US, but we imagine that it will arrive in Europe and France in the coming months or years.

The arrival of Apple will probably popularize and boost the use of this technology which is still unknown to merchants.

Rest assured, the solution is already available in France on Android devices only. A few months ago, Market Pay launched PayWish® with our subsidiary dejamobile. We are thus providing merchants with an acceptance solution for all Android devices, whether they are smartphones or tablets.

With PayWish®, there is no need to have an additional device to complement your payment software. As a merchant, you can identify your customer, build the cart, give him all the advices he needs and proceed to the payments from the same device, from the same tablet or the same smartphone without having additional equipment.

It's an innovative, simple and reliable solution. With PayWish®, you can take advantage of payment methods that are normally reserved for e-commerce and bring them into the store. So you can have your own customers scan a QR code or send a payment link to your store and have them pay by simplified transfer or in 3/4 times.

Whether it's in a restaurant, in a mobile store or in an accompanied sale, PayWish® is a solution that allows merchants to improve the shopping experience of their own customers. We make it ultra fast, seamless and thus increase customer satisfaction and the conversion rate of merchants.

Well, this month's Instant Payment is over. We'll see you next month and this time to talk about payment orchestrator. What is it, what is it for, who is it for, how does it work, you will know everything next month.

Until then, don't hesitate to follow us on social networks, to visit our website or to send us your comments and feedbacks, we'll be happy to answer you.

See you soon!
